All prospective buyers must produce FICA-DOCUMENTS which include a certified copy of the identity document and proof of residence.

All items sold during the sale in execution will be sold "VOETSTOOTS"

A refundable registration deposit of R50 000.00 is payable on registration and all buyers must register in the prescribed manner. 

Payment to be made during or immediately after the sale in immediate electronic fund transfer directly into the Sheriff's trust account and no cash is allowed on the premises.
